Taking into account that 80% of the units demanded by the market cover up to 15,000 m3 / h, STULZ has opti-mized the range, developing the ClimaPac Compact series with new configurations and more compact sizes to adapt to these requirements, offering a quick response in the market.

  • Casing and frame
    The thermal break system casing assures, composed by an aluminum frame and double-skin panels, high classifications according to the EN1886; Extruded aluminum with thermal break system allow to hold the panels without the use of screws. Coated in RAL7044;
  • Roof and insulation
    Made from coated galvanized steel and design to ensure full-drainage; Rockwool with a density of 100 kg/m3 45mm thickness;
  • Corners and handles
    Made from nylon (polyamide) they serve to join the main aluminum profiles and assure thermal break. Color RAL7044; Made from nylon they are a key piece in order to guarantee maximum leakage class according the EN1886;
  • Panels and inspection windows
    Double-skin, 45 mm thickness, rockwool insulated Both skins are pre-coated galvanized steel sheets RAL7032. Euro class to fire reaction A2 (s1, d0); Square inspection window in transparent, impact-resistant polycarbonate. No fastening hardware on the inside ensure perfect thermal breakage.

This is why STULZ applies its extensive market and engineering experience to develop energy-efficient HVAC solutions, thereby reducing the environmental impact and CO2 emissions without compromising indoor air quality and comfort.

ClimaPac Air Handling Units Series offer flexible and modular configurable solutions, adapting to the needs of the most demanding proyects with air flows up to 160.000 m3/h. Taking into account that 80% of the units demanded by the market cover up to 15.000 m3/h, STULZ has optimized in the ClimaPac range new configurations and sizes to adapt to these requirements offering a quick response in the market. Introducing the ClimaPac Compact series.
