Eurofiber Alblasserdam

Several years ago, Eurofiber approached STULZ with the task of replacing outdated chillers, not originally manufactured by STULZ, with STULZ chillers. This collaboration was so successful that Eurofiber decided to transfer the full care and responsibility for the cooling installations of the Alblasserdam data center to STULZ.

STULZ thoroughly revamped the existing cooling installations in the data center and equipped them with advanced cooling machines. These installations range from large dry coolers and pumps that circulate water through the data center, to water-cooled units in the data halls, partly equipped with a compressor. This allows the data center to utilize both dynamic free cooling and forced cooling via the compressor. Additionally, STULZ performs periodic maintenance and optimizes the installation as needed.

Thanks to the adjustments and maintenance by STULZ, the cooling installation in the Alblasserdam data center is now future-proof and reliable. This guarantees the operational reliability of the data center, regardless of the brand of the existing equipment. As a result, Eurofiber is assured that their data centers are always optimally cooled and that any potential issues are addressed promptly.

For the Alblasserdam data center, STULZ provided, among other things:

• Chillers to replace outdated systems.
• Advanced cooling machines and water-cooled units.
• Periodic maintenance and optimizations according to current regulations.

Thanks to these solutions, Eurofiber has chosen to engage STULZ for the maintenance of the cooling installations in four other locations as well. STULZ is proud of this collaboration and remains committed to ensuring the operational reliability of Eurofiber's data centers.
