But it is only possible to react correctly and in a targeted way to various situations if there is seamless documentation of which work has been performed in which area.

    This was the objective when developing the STULZ Service Portal. From troubleshooting and analysis to reporting, all the service processes – whether dealing with error messages, maintenance or corrective work – are transparent at a glance, in the office or on the road. All this information can be accessed directly via the web browser by entering a password.
