In addition to supplying products and solutions, service and maintenance are an important part of our company. With more than 60 years of service and maintenance experience, we not only provide first-class service for our own products, but also provide service and maintenance for air conditioning systems from other manufacturers. Like any engineering system, air conditioning systems require preventive maintenance. Minor faults can have serious consequences. Whether it concerns data centers, server rooms or office buildings.

Troubleshooting and emergency service

In addition to providing (preventive) maintenance, our troubleshooting and emergency service is available at all times. STULZ has a team of experienced and skilled maintenance technicians who are widely deployable. Our service is available all year round, 24 hours a day, to resolve any possible malfunctions in your equipment. We use a maximum response time of 4 hours in case your business processes are endangered.

Spare parts available 24 hours a day

Spare parts are supplied from our warehouse in Amstelveen, various production locations in Europe and more than 15 service buses spread across the Netherlands and Belgium. By using night deliveries, spare parts are always quickly available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.

Who is STULZ service for?

We can provide our service on all STULZ-related products, such as downflow and upflow server room air conditioners in all conceivable configurations, whether the cooling medium is refrigerant or cooled water, STULZ is the right party when it comes to maintenance (also for systems from other manufacturers). Larger installations, such as water-air cooling machines of all makes, but also water-water cooling machines are also part of our maintenance range.

We are also the right party for humidification systems, this can vary from a production of 1 kg, up to more than 180 kg per hour. As an importer of CAREL humidification systems, we have the expertise in-house to provide our service.

Guidelines, certificates and safety

All our maintenance technicians comply with current guidelines and safety in the field of refrigerants, leak test conditions, fire safety and durability. Our maintenance technicians are STEK and F-Gassen certified. In addition, we have the most recent standard in the field of VCA ** certification.

Every month our maintenance technicians meet at the head office in Amstelveen to discuss the most current laws and regulations regarding safety and protection. These "toolbox" meetings are very important to communicate the latest guidelines and to ensure that we offer the best quality for you as a customer with our service and maintenance.

STULZ service contracts

STULZ offers service contracts that are individually tailored to your needs: repair maintenance, system checks, service, preventive maintenance - you decide how packed you want your service package to be.

STULZ Environmental Inspection

The activities that are carried out by a STULZ service technician consist of an extensive refrigerant leak test, a check for oil leaks and other substances that pollute the environment. This STULZ service agreement fully provides for the requirements set by the government, as described in the Leak-tightness for Refrigeration Installations Regulation (RLK).

STULZ Technical Inspection

This STULZ service agreement is based on the complete package of activities as described under STULZ Environmental Inspection. In addition to the aforementioned RLK inspection, which includes a refrigerant leakage test, the installation in question is subjected to a functionality test in relation to the design data, as well as an inspection of the protection and control components.

STULZ Preventive Maintenance

This STULZ service agreement is based on the complete package of activities as described under STULZ Technical Inspection. In addition to the aforementioned activities, preventive maintenance is the most important part of this agreement. This maintenance consists of an extensive functionality check in which small irregularities are immediately corrected, sensors calibrated and, if available and applicable, the latest software version is installed.

STULZ Full Maintenance

This STULZ service agreement is based on the complete package of activities as described under STULZ Preventive Maintenance. The name, Full Maintenance already describes it: you are completely unburdened. Not only preventive and corrective but also reactive maintenance is part of this service agreement. The agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years, whereby you pay a fixed rate per year and no additional costs.

Modern service buses and equipment

To ensure that STULZ can continue to offer the highest quality in the field of service and maintenance, STULZ uses service buses that are at the forefront of technology and efficiency. Whenever and wherever your problem is, STULZ is there to help and assist you.

These service buses are equipped with an extensive set of high-quality tools. In addition to standard tools and measuring instruments, the equipment includes numerous special tools such as cooling tools and special ventilation and climate measuring instruments.

STULZ service portal

Documentation of the system status and all maintenance work is an essential aspect in the life cycle of energy efficient air conditioning systems. Correct and targeted response to different situations is only possible if all local activities are seamlessly documented. Our service portal provides an overview of planned and completed maintenance work. This way you can view the status of your air conditioning systems at any time.
